Mail the docket. There is no form.

I do not run a ticket window and I do not run a web form. If you have a planning question, write. If you have a payment problem, you are in the wrong building — this site never processes payments.

Toronto Tower Ticket Guide is an independent planning guide. It is not affiliated with any attraction operator. We do not sell tickets and never process payments.

I can answer plant and planning questions: lifts, decks, weather, timed entry, the walk from Union. I cannot move your slot, refund a ticket I never sold, or argue with a scanner at the gate.
